Adverse Weather Collections
Adverse weather can sometimes prevent or delay your recycling and waste collections. Authorities will continue their collections where it is safe to do so but sometimes very poor weather conditions can present danger to both staff and the public if collections continue. Bad weather can also sometimes affect the normal opening days/hours of Household Waste Recycling Centres if it is deemed unsafe for people to access the sites eg, in bad snow and ice.
